Important Points
- After receiving the reservation details, we will send you an e-mail indicating the availability of equipments and price.
- The reservation has not been confirmed at the time of application. Please reply with the reservation confirmation e-mail if you agree with the price presented.
- Please pick up and return the equipments on time. However, please contact us when you find out about delays in public transportation due to stormy weather. We will update the reservation according to the situation.
- Rental product brand designation, Board length designation, Change of date and time, etc., may not be available due to stock status.
- Please contact us the day before to cancel. Cancellation on the day will be charged.
- There is no refund for returning earlier than original time.
- In case of lost or damaged the rental item, you will be responsible for the loss.
- We do not take responsibility for accidents or damage to third parties caused by use, installation or storage of rental items .
